Just as God spoke creation into existence through the power of the spoken word - our words have great power as well. In James 3:1-12, he calls on believers to guard their words by examining the source from which they are being drawn. If we draw from the pure well of His Presence and Word within us - our words will bear the fruit of His life - and bring us into full maturity in Christ.
