God is a Father and it has always been His desire to have deep fellowship with us - His children. In these last days, Jesus as the Son and perfect representative of the Father - demonstrates how to live in fellowship with Him. The love of the Father and Son for humanity is perfectly expressed as Jesus lays down His life to purge our sins and bring us back into union with them.
